Payment and shipping

• Payment options: online by card, transfer, or cash on delivery (only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia).

• Delivery: via GLS or personal collection in Cologne.

• Free shipping: on selected products and orders above a certain limit.

Payment options

Choose the payment method that suits you best:

• Online payment by card
  Fast and secure payment via the GoPay payment gateway. We accept all common payment cards (VISA, Mastercard). Payment is confirmed immediately and the order is immediately dispatched.

• Bank transfer
  After submitting your order, you will receive payment details (account number, variable symbol). We will ship the goods after the payment is credited to our account, usually 1-2 business days.

• Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt)
  You pay only when you pick up the shipment from the courier or at the delivery point of the Post Office. This payment method is only possible within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The cash on delivery fee is free.

• Cash or card at the store
  If you pick up the goods in person in Kolín, you can pay in cash or by card directly on site.

Delivery methods

We cooperate with verified carriers and deliver throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia:

• GLS – courier service
  Delivery to your address usually within 24-48 hours of dispatch. You will receive an SMS/email with the shipment number and delivery time frame.

• GLS (pick-up points / boxes)
  Convenient delivery to a selected pick-up point or to a BOX. You will receive a notification as soon as the shipment is ready for pickup. Valid for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

• Personal collection Kolín
  You can pick up the goods in person at our location in Kolín (Klejnarská 92, 280 02 Kolín IV). We will contact you after confirming that the goods are ready for collection.

Free shipping

• Free shipping applies to selected products or orders over CZK 599.
  The current free shipping limit is displayed in the cart.

• An individual shipping surcharge may be applied to heavier goods (e.g. wheels, lawn mowers) - it is always stated when ordering.

Service and warranty

All our products come with a standard 3-year warranty. In addition, we provide after-warranty service and spare parts. In the event of a complaint, we offer a simple complaint form to download and the option of sending the goods free of charge via Zásilkovna.
